The Burgundy Table

Three centuries of Burgundy. One special evening at The Roxy. Join us on October 21 for a multi-course prix fixe dinner with w**e pairings featuring Maison Champy and special guest Dimitri Bazas, the house’s Technical Director and Oenologist. Dimitri will be here in person to speak about the evening’s w**es and the vineyards and w**emaking behind them.

An Evening with Maison Champy

Maison Champy: Burgundy Since 1720

Founded in Beaune in 1720, Maison Champy carries more than three centuries of Burgundy w**e heritage. With Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at the heart of its craft, the house celebrates the distinctive vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and the character each brings to the glass.

Meet Dimitri Bazas

Maison Champy’s Technical Director and Oenologist will join us in person to speak about the w**es. Hear a w**emaker’s perspective on the places and craft behind each bottle as you enjoy dinner and the evening’s pairings.

Four Courses, Paired with Burgundy

FIRST COURSE
Golden beets with crème fraîche and shaved vegetables

SECOND COURSE
Sunchoke-filled tortellini in mushroom broth

THIRD COURSE
Beef bourguignon with baby root vegetables

DESSERT
Caramelized pear puff pastry tart

Join us at The Roxy Social Club, 66 Monitor Street, Jersey City, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Dinner takes place from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. $140 per person includes the multi-course prix fixe menu with w**e pairings. Seating is limited.
