We’ve had to adjust our hours. We have been unable to find employees, particularly cooks. If you know of anyone dependable and hard working, please send them in. Thank you Interlachen!! We appreciate your support!! We only want to provide you with the best service possible and we sure hope to be back open for dinner soon!!! -Laurie
