Important Announcement Regarding Business Hours & Service Requests

To better serve all of our customers and maintain a healthy work–life balance, we’d like to clarify our operating hours and service policies.

Office Hours:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Field Service Hours:
Field work is scheduled during normal business days, though exact service times may vary depending on workload and job requirements.

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):
Weekends are reserved for family time. We will still accept calls and messages during this time; however, routine service requests will be scheduled for the next available business day.

If immediate service is truly necessary, we can make special accommodations. Please note that emergency or after-hours service will require a non-refundable emergency service fee.

We’re making this announcement because we’ve recently experienced a high volume of urgent requests for services that are not time-sensitive. We completely understand that unexpected issues arise — pipes break, light bulbs go out, propane needs to be turned on — and we’re always here to help.

However, many of these after-hours services have been provided without a service charge, and unfortunately, we can no longer operate in that manner. Moving forward, all services will be scheduled and billed accordingly.

We truly appreciate your understanding, your continued support, and the trust you place in us to serve your needs.
