Bees Knees — wildflower honey finished with sea salt, paired with our espresso

Flower Child — ceremonial matcha with sage-infused honey and Madagascar vanilla

Golden Hour — a tonic consisting of hibiscus, fresh lemon, and sparkling espresso

STRAWBERRY CLOUD MATCHA IS BACK ❤️🍓

To celebrate love this weekend, our signature Strawberry Cloud Matcha returns Friday–Sunday; fresh strawberry compote, house-made Madagascar vanilla matcha topped with a strawberry-infused cold foam. 🤤 Plus on Valentine’s Day, will be at both locations with gorgeous floral arrangements.

To Our Community,

We wanted to let you know that both locations will be open tomorrow, January 30th.

We recognize that tomorrow may feel heavy for many in our community. As owners who come from immigrant families (one of whom is married to a DACA recipient) and who employ and invest in a team that includes many directly impacted by what’s happening around us, we felt the best way we could serve was by remaining open.
None of this is abstract to us. It’s personal.

Our commitment has always extended beyond business. It’s about people- developing and supporting each person who works here, day in and day out. When you support local businesses like ours, about two thirds of every dollar spent stays in the local economy, creating real impact for real people whose livelihoods are shaped by your choice to allow us to serve you.

From day one, our deepest aim has been to serve the community we grew up in. We understand the fear many are feeling right now, and we want to acknowledge it.

Sometimes the best we can offer in times of distress is simply space. We don’t pretend to have all the answers. What we can offer is a place where you can breathe, where you belong, where you’re safe.

Midtown is officially open 🌿

Midtown renovations are officially complete, and we’re so excited to welcome you back into the refreshed space. This update was made with care, intention, and a deep appreciation for the place where it all began.

Thank you for your continued support, it allows us to invest back into this communal space, and we’re grateful to share it with you for many years to come.🫶🏼

A quick remodel update🌿

As renovations continue, a few final details are taking just a bit longer than expected.

We’re now aiming to reopen Midtown inside on Wednesday, January 14th.

In the meantime, our Midtown cart is open and serving, and Downtown remains open as usual.

Thank you for your patience and continued support. It means everything to us as we invest back into this space, and we can’t wait to welcome you back inside very soon. 🤍

We have some exciting news! We recently re-signed a 3 year lease at our original location, but that’s not all…

After re-signing, we wanted to show some love to the place where it all started for us. We will close Midtown inside Monday, January 6th, and reopen Friday, January 10th for a complete remodel! During this time, we will have our cart operating out front just like the early days, and will be ready to serve you throughout our full business hours of 7-4. Our full menu will be available with the exception of pastries, temporarily.

Thank you for your continued support. It allows us to invest back into this communal space, and we are genuinely excited to share it with you. We can’t wait to welcome you back into the refreshed atmosphere and continue serving you for years to come. 🫶🏼

Three new drinks, crafted with love and intention, available for a limited time this winter at Everbloom:

Daybreak – Earl Grey simple syrup paired perfectly with our matcha

Fireside – A blend of brown sugar & warm winter spices

Wintermint – White chocolate ganache infused with peppermint

Just a quick announcement about our Downtown location! We are here and ready to serve you. 🫶🏼

Please excuse the road construction. And a huge thank you to everyone who has made the extra effort to walk a bit further and navigate the chaotic road conditions to come in. Y’all are the real MVPs. 🥹 After this weekend we will have a nice, new road/parking lot for you!

As we reflect this week, we have much to be grateful for. Not many know this, but before Everbloom existed, we tried and failed (or learned, as we like to say) a handful of times. Sometimes, not quitting is winning; we just kept trying again and again until something stuck. It’s not that we were the brightest or had the most resources. In fact, our first machine, which carried us through the entire first year of our business, was purchased secondhand for about $1,800.

It’s hard to believe that 10 years later, what was originally just a crazy idea has grown into two locations, a catering business, and a team of 14 incredible people. We are endlessly grateful that every day, you all continue to show up and allow us to serve you. We truly love what we do and wouldn’t have it any other way!
