What is the RUTINA Passionfruit Clarified?

A mocktail inspired coffee experience.

We steep passion fruit with our single origin cold brew overnight, then clarify it using whole milk. During this process, the milk captures the compounds that create bitterness and cloudiness. After multiple rounds of careful filtration, the milk is removed, leaving behind a clear, silky smooth drink.

The result is bright, tropical, and refreshing with subtle coffee notes and a clean finish.

Whole milk is used only during the clarification process and is filtered out before serving 🤲🏽
