Two very exciting dishes on today’s menu: eggplant and jimmy nardello omelet and chicken and poblano terrine! Come in! Our menu feels very fall and yet is still full of late summer produce.

NEW MENU DAY (some fall food making its way onto the menu)!!!

1) tripoline with eggplant and tomato ragu and crispy trotters with squash, maitake mushrooms, and montealva cheese
2) lamb head terrine with cucumbers and calabrian chili vinaigrette
3) napa cabbage salad with pears, aged gouda, and white w**e vinaigrette
4) chicken and cabbage stew with sour cream

Some really important snacking happening tonight: oeuf mayo, cucumbers with herb dressing, and head cheese with white anchovies! We have plenty of room for walk-ins because September is the time for rest here in the HV restaurant scene 😴
