Thinking about all the things my dad taught me, it’s hard not to see him in little pieces of Bubba’s.

The guitars. The classic rock. The Star Wars references. The idea that food should bring people together.

And of course, Papa Sauce. We had to sneak that one in.

You’ve seen me do a lot over the years, but I wish you were here to see Bubba’s come to life. I have a feeling you’d be sitting at the counter, telling stories, making friends with everyone who walked in, and asking for extra Papa Sauce.

Happy Father’s Day, Dad. We know you’d love this place. ❤️🎸
