Twenty-five years ago, we opened the doors with a vision of creating a neighborhood restaurant where great food, great wine, and great people could come together.
What makes this anniversary so special isn’t just the years—it’s the people who made them possible!
Some of the faces in these photos have been here since day one. The gentlemen standing beside me in these pictures are part of the original Piatto family, serving our guests and helping build what Piatto has become over the last 25 years. Their loyalty, dedication, and friendship mean more than words can express.
To every employee, past and present. To every guest who has celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, graduations, business lunches, and family dinners with us. To everyone who has supported us over the years—thank you.

🍷 Tonight: Our Rombauer Wine Dinner at 6:30 PM
🍝 All weekend long: Enjoy our limited-time Vintage Menu featuring some of Piatto’s most loved dishes from the past 25 years.
Friday: Special pricing on select bottles of wine.
Saturday: Every table will have an opportunity to pull from our Anniversary Prize Bucket for a chance to win a complimentary appetizer, dessert, or gift card for a future visit.
