One of the best parts of growing as a restaurant is getting to watch our people grow, too! 🎉

Since day one, Kou has been a huge part of Pink Ivy. He’s poured countless hours into this kitchen, challenged himself to keep learning, supported his team, and helped shape the food and culture that make this place what it is.

That’s why we’re so excited to officially celebrate his promotion to Chef de Cuisine! 👏🔥

If you’ve worked with Kou, you know how much he cares—not just about the food leaving the kitchen, but about the people around him. He’s the kind of leader who leads by example, stays curious, and is always looking for ways to make things better.

Our Grilled Mushrooms are heading off the menu after service tonight. Don’t worry—Chef says they’re just taking a nap and will be back.

Featuring grilled mushrooms, salsa macha, leek & tofu soubise, herb salad, and pickled red onions, this dish has been a favorite all season long for good reason.

If you’ve been ordering it on repeat, or have been meaning to try it, tonight’s your chance before it disappears for a little while.

No designated starting point needed. Simply stop by any participating business between 4 pm and 9 pm, pick up your punch card, and begin your wine walk adventure through downtown Hopkins. Enjoy featured pours at each stop while exploring everything Mainstreet has to offer.

POV: You’re in the kitchen 🔪

The sizzle of garlic hitting the pan. The clatter of shells. Lobster butter broth bubbling away with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and basil.

Our mussels are available as a half portion during happy hour and a full portion for lunch and dinner, always served with grilled sourdough for soaking up every last drop. Trust us, you’ll want extra bread.
