What are you doing this Thursday early evening? How would you like to sample some absolutely delicious foods (and maybe some of my cookies), while helping with a very worthwhile cause?
VOICES FOR CHILDREN is a child advocacy organization in Flint, and they do amazing work!

Every year, the Cooking with the Chiefs event raises money for Voices for Children. Check out the fliers below. You’ll not only get to sample food from about 15-20 different restaurants, but you’ll get to chat with the chiefs of area fire, police and public safety departments. You will not leave hungry, I promise!

And yes, my firstborn will be there as the Chief of Public Safety at Hurley Medical Center.
HINT: you’ll find my cookies at his table.

So, please consider attending this event, have some fun, and help some very important kiddos.

Hope to see you there!
