Rustlers Roost Rustlers Roost opened in 1981, founded by Jack LaRoach on Sherman Avenue in Coeur d’Alene. In 2025 Chris & Mike began a new chapter in the long history of RR.

In 1983, ownership passed to Joan and Dean McEvers, along with their sons Woody and Daren.
