We have a hard time posting a 'business as usual' post whenever tragedy is close to home. We are so sorry for everyone affected by the devasting Spokane fires. We are thankful for firefighters and first responders in our every day lives.

When we figure out how to help, we will post something. In the meantime, if you are displaced and in Cda, or a firefighter, please let our Beertender know so we can buy you a beer and pizza. It isnt much, but consider it a warm hug.

Today we are so excited, Lloyd is brewing Festbier! 🍂 To a brewer this is equivalent to those of you dreaming about Pumpkin Spice Lattes and fuzzy socks. Festbier in the Fermenter means ¡Oktoberfest!, darker seasonal beers, campfires; can you see it?

* sidenote: I asked Megan to take a couple brew day photos for me and this is what I got 😂

For now, keep enjoying those patio beers, but get your lederhosens ready for our BIGGEST party of the year, our 7th annual Oktoberfest coming on Sept 26th! 🍺

A peak into morning prep in our TE kitchen, past and present (pic 7, 12, 14 & 15 for me 🤤)
Not always glamorous, maybe some venting in the walk-in, lots of dishes, but at the end of the day.. its about the food. Food is visually beautiful, alerts all the senses and like beer, it brings people together.

We aren't very fancy over here, but we are having fun doing all the things! If you don't know us yet, here are some 'fun facts':

We have a 10 bbl system right here on site, spy it in the windows when you drive by! You can probably spy our Head Brewer Lloyd Cargo on many days too.
We are course to brew our largest annual volume yet! 🍺🙌

ON TAP:
We always have 10 core beers, 6 rotating seasonals, a rotating hard seltzer, and a root beer. Everything from Pilsners, WC IPA, Czech, roating Pales, Stout, Lagers, etc. The seasonals are endless! We also rotate 2 local guest ciders! We have a variety of canned cocktails, wine, hop water, etc also.

On our Woodstone Brick-oven we make craft pizzas, award-winning wings, pretzel bites, Smores cookies, and so much more! Our nachos are covered in our house beer cheese made with our Golden Ale and a crazy amount of real cheese. Our au jus for the Brisket Dip sandwich is made with our Stout. Don't fret, we have delish salads as well! Check out the menu online!
