Meet 𝘉𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺—our nod to the Negroni and the Cosmopolitan.

Gin, Campari, and Amaro Nonino bring the bold, bittersweet backbone, while house cranberry cordial, orange liqueur, and bright citrus round things out. Served over a large cube with an expressed orange peel.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of grabbing a seat at Radyn’s bar, respectfully… you’re missing out. 🍸

Radyn makes a great drink, but it’s the care he puts into getting to know you that makes a seat at his bar so special. He makes a point to learn your name, remember you, and make you feel welcome every time you come in. He truly cares about his guests, and it shows.

Hardworking, positive, and always motivated, he brings that same energy to our team. We’re so grateful to have him.

As for his favorite dish? We’re not sure he’s met one he doesn’t like. Crab pappardelle? Absolutely. Add salmon? Sure. Add blackened chicken? Even better. If there’s an opportunity to add blackened seasoning, he’s taking it. And brunch? Two meals, minimum. 😂

He also made the comment that he likes to treat himself to a ribeye at least once a week because he cares about himself—and honestly, we respect that kind of self-care. 🥩

Outside of work, Radyn recently became a first-time dad! We’re all so happy for him and his family as they begin this new chapter. 🤍

Next time you’re in, pull up a seat at the bar and say hello. Come for the cocktails, come back for Radyn. 🍸

New brunch dishes. Big flavors. Made from scratch. 🍓🍳

We’re officially rolling out the new brunch lineup at Benaiahs Scratch Kitchen—and these two deserve a proper introduction.

🍓 Strawberry Pancakes — fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with dehydrated strawberries, strawberry whipped butter, strawberry compote + cream cheese frosting.

🍳 Shakshuka — spicy tomato sauce, a soft baked egg, fresh chives + olive oil, served with ciabatta bread for scooping up every last bite.

Also joining the lineup:

🥩 Korean Steak Bowl — bulgogi grilled flank steak, breakfast potatoes, peppers + onions, kimchi, yuzu guacamole, a sunny-side egg, chili crisp, scallions + gochujang aioli.

🍳 Breakfast Bowl — breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, cheese blend + fresh chives.

🤎 Cinnamon Roll — scratch cinnamon raisin sticky roll topped with cream cheese frosting.
