Not our usual polished employee spotlight, and that is exactly why we love it.
Help us send Alexis off as she heads to college...
If you have dined with us, there is a good chance Alexis was one of the first smiles to welcome you at the host stand. Since starting with us, she has brought such genuine kindness, compassion, and care to our team.
Alexis notices people. She is the one quick to tell a guest she loves their outfit, their hair, or their makeup — not because she has to, but because she truly sees people for people. That is exactly what has made her such an incredible asset to our team and such a bright light at the host stand.
These photos and videos are not from a marketing shoot. They are little moments Alexis captured herself on the host iPad: flowers, balloons, coworkers… + one note left in the server station that says it all: “heart u guys so much.”
Alexis, we love you right back. We are so proud of you and so excited for this next chapter. This is not goodbye. We will still get to have you here during breaks, summers, and all the moments in between, but we are going to miss seeing you every week.
Go do big things. We are cheering you on always.
