Today made me OVERLY proud of my team... a woman called us asking if we could PLEASE deliver lunch to her daughter (and her daughter's entire nursing team) at the Harrisburg Hospital. We obliged... even though they're about 10+ miles outside of our delivery range. It's the least we could do for a staff who stand on the front lines of this pandemic.
I'm so honored to have a GM who carries the same amount of passion as me when it comes to this... the word NO was never in his mind. Thanks, Bobby... just thanks.
Decided to let Paul (aka Frank) take that and I stayed at base. Once he left, I had the privilege of feeding the Pinnacle staff on Crums Mill and the Colonial Park Fire Department. To those of you who don't understand... these people sacrifice EVERY SINGLE DAY to ensure our protection and safety. Most times, they're too busy to eat - today, they ate... they were thanked... they were appreciated.
I wish everyone could see the bigger picture. I wish everyone could understand. I just wish. I'm so humbled to be surrounded by such amazing co-workers and management in my building... it really is a blessing...
