Hi, my name is Margarita, and I'm the baker behind Peony Sweets.
To me, dessert is not only about flavor. It is also about beauty, detail, and the feeling it creates. I love that baking gives me a way to turn simple ingredients into something artistic, delicate, and memorable.
I continue to learn, experiment, and refine my craft, exploring new techniques, flavors, and combinations along the way.
The philosophy behind Peony Sweets is a little like a postscript - the final touch to a special moment.
A dessert that says enough on its own, without the need for extra words. That is why the simple and familiar abbreviation P.S. feels especially meaningful to me.

There’s something special about starting the day with good food and great company.

Our monthly Breakfast Meeting is a wonderful opportunity to connect with new people, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships within the community.

This month’s menu featured:
Carrot Cookies with oats, cherries, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Ginger Cookies with ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Traditional English Hot Cross Buns with raisins
Maritozzi filled with strawberries, lime, basil, and panna cotta cream

I’m always grateful to be part of these gatherings and to share fresh baked treats from Peony Sweets. Seeing people enjoy my pastries while making new connections is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
