Kneaded Kneaded is more than your typical bakery and catering company. We're a training ground. We teach them how to create, package, and sell our products.

Our bakery employs at-risk youth and young adults from Rebekah's Culinary Academy. Kneaded offers our apprentices real world experience, with real products, learning real skills that they can take with them to their next job. Each of our products is prepared by our apprentices in our commercial kitchen from scratch with quality ingredients. With every purchase of our baked goods, you are helping us reach our mission of "bettering lives, one pastry at a time."

✨ Culinary Apprentice Spotlight: Dusten ✨

At Rebekah Children’s Services’ Kneaded Culinary Academy, every student has a story and Dusten’s is one of growth, resilience, and purpose.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and the culinary program, Dusten developed the skills, confidence, and work ethic to build a future in the culinary industry.

“Food brings people together.” That lesson became more than a saying: it became the foundation for a new path forward.

🌈✨ What a wonderful time hosting our annual Rebekah Children’s Services Pride Kitchen! ✨🌈

In partnership with Santa Clara County District 1 Supervisor Sylvia Arenas, and the Santa Clara County Office of LGBTQ Affairs, our students spent the week building culinary skills, creating community, and preparing delicious meals including stir-fry, beef & broccoli, lumpia, burgers with homemade potato chips, fettuccine Alfredo, Italian herb chicken, and lemon garlic butter poached salmon.

We’re honored to provide a safe, welcoming space where LGBTQIA+ youth, young adults, and their allies can learn, connect, and empower one another to live authentically, unashamed, and unapologetically.

Because food creates community. ❤️🌈

What started as a job opportunity became so much more: building confidence, purpose, and a clear path toward the future. Through Kneaded/RCS, Alistair developed culinary and teamwork skills while working toward attending trade school.

We're proud to celebrate Alistair's growth and are excited to see what's next!
