Kneaded Kneaded is more than your typical bakery and catering company. We're a training ground. We teach them how to create, package, and sell our products.

Our bakery employs at-risk youth and young adults from Rebekah's Culinary Academy. Kneaded offers our apprentices real world experience, with real products, learning real skills that they can take with them to their next job. Each of our products is prepared by our apprentices in our commercial kitchen from scratch with quality ingredients. With every purchase of our baked goods, you are helping us reach our mission of "bettering lives, one pastry at a time."

In partnership with Sylvia Arenas, Santa Clara County Behavioral Health, and the Office of LGBTQ Affairs, we’re excited to host a special 4-day culinary class from June 23rd – June 26th at the Rebekah Children's Services Gilroy Campus from 1 PM – 4 PM. 🍾✨ What a day to remember!

Take a look back at our 10th Annual Pop a Cork from Saturday, May 2nd! It was a wonderful day filled with incredible food, great wine, and amazing company.
We especially want to recognize the many students and apprentices who returned to volunteer and give back over the years, including our very first apprentice from 2011. Their continued support and mentorship truly reflect the heart and lasting impact of the program. 💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported the Kneaded Culinary Academy at Rebekah Children's Services. We can’t wait to celebrate with you again next year on Saturday, May 1st, 2027, back at RCS! 🥂✨
