We had Jeff and the rest of the team at Fire 4 Hire as our caterer for our wedding at Kirigin Cellars, and we had a truly wonderful experience working with them.
First off, the food was delicious! We received---and continue to receive---many enthusiastic compliments on dinner from our guests. (And I'm still thinking about that tortellini with pesto cream sauce---yum yum!) We particularly appreciated the high-quality vegetarian options they offered, and they did a great job accommodating a variety of other dietary restrictions as well.
In addition, the Fire 4 Hire team was very professional and proactive in making sure the whole event ran smoothly. Jeff was thoughtful and responsive throughout the planning process, and he helped us think through various details we wouldn’t have necessarily thought of ourselves. We had around 150 people eating dinner, and the staff did an excellent job helping everyone get their food efficiently and quickly.
Overall, Fire 4 Hire played a huge part in making our wedding so fun and enjoyable, both for us and our guests. We would highly recommend them for your wedding or any catering need!
