Rose & Dagger Coffee Company has officially opened its brick-and-mortar location in Georgetown after two years on wheels. 🏡 ☕️

Madison and Jackson Vacek started their coffee business from a truck stationed in the backyard of a historic yellow house. When the opportunity came to lease the house itself, they jumped at the chance—even though renovating it into Georgetown's first food-service business at that location proved to be a bigger project than anticipated.

The shop now serves handcrafted lattes, teas and refreshers, with a backyard gathering space called The Grounds. Jackson Vacek, who also serves as a Georgetown firefighter, credits the community's support for their success.

Today we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the first responders who put their lives on the line to help others.

As a business owned by a firefighter, we have a deep appreciation for the men and women who choose to serve and protect their communities.

We will be offering 50% off for all first responders today as a small thank you for the work you do and the sacrifices you make.

Thank you for showing up when people need you most.
