When you support Waterloo, you’re not just supporting one small business.
You’re supporting our kids, our staff, and so many other small businesses behind the scenes that help make this place what it is.

Every drink ordered, every smile shared, every visit… it truly means more than we can put into words.

We are so incredibly thankful for this community that has shown up for us in the biggest way — especially during this new chapter in Round Rock.

✨ We are OFFICIALLY OPEN in Round Rock! 🤎
Yesterday’s Grand Opening absolutely meant the world to us.
Seeing so many familiar faces, families, friends, and new customers walk through our doors made it feel like home from the very first day.
Thank you for showing up, waiting in line, cheering us on, and supporting our little coffee dream as it grows into something bigger. We truly couldn’t do this without our community.
This new space may be small, but it is filled with big heart, Texas-roasted coffee, and a whole lot of love for people and community — the things Waterloo has always been about.
We are so grateful for each of you and so excited for all the memories ahead in our Round Rock shop.

Think of our setup like a Billy Ray Cyrus mullet —
business in the front (the attorney’s office), party in the back (Waterloo ☕️).
Parking is available along BOTH sides of Main St and limited spots on Lewis St.
Please be kind to our neighbors and avoid blocking driveways 💛

Waterloo Coffee Company is opening our doors THIS Sunday — February 15th — and our hearts are full.
From a little trailer dream to a brick-and-mortar home… this place was built with faith, long days, big prayers, and this incredible community.
Good coffee. Strong community. Texas heart.
Bring your family. Bring your friends. Come see the Kids Café upstairs. Come grab your favorite drink. Come celebrate what we've built together.

We have the fire Marshall inspection tomorrow! If we pass that we will open this Sunday 2-15. Stay tuned.
