Buoy, the Stephens family and the entire Tackle Box 2 crew would like to thank everyone who joined us Sunday in celebrating Danny’s life.

We were truly touched by the beautiful flowers, thoughtful cards, kind words, food, hugs, stories, and all the love shown to our family and TB2. Seeing the restaurant packed with so many people who loved Danny as much as we do meant more than we could ever put into words.

Over the years, so many of you have walked through the doors of Tackle Box 2 as strangers and somehow became friends—and then became family. That is something Danny was incredibly proud of, and it is part of what makes this little place so special.

We simply cannot express how grateful we are for everyone who has supported Tackle Box 2 throughout the years and especially for the love you have surrounded us with during this difficult time.

Danny may no longer be sitting in his usual spot, traveling the country searching for treasures to decorate or fixing something in the shop, but his presence will forever be felt within these walls and through the friendships he created.

Thank you for loving Danny. Thank you for loving our family. And thank you for loving Tackle Box 2. ❤️

❤️ REMINDER — Danny’s Celebration of Life ❤️

Please join us Sunday, October 4th at 12:00 PM at Tackle Box 2 as we come together to celebrate Danny’s life, share stories, laugh, cry, and remember all the great times we had with him.

🍽️ The kitchen will be CLOSED for the celebration, but we’re asking everyone to bring a dish to share as we gather together with Danny’s family, friends, and our Tackle Box 2 family.

Come as you are, bring a favorite dish, and most importantly, bring your favorite memories and stories of Danny. ❤️

We look forward to celebrating a man who meant so much to so many.

The kitchen will be closed all day Sunday, October 4 to honor Danny. A Celebration of Life will begin at noon and all are invited to join us, please bring a dish and your best stories to share.

As we grieve the loss of our Dad, friend and boss; we kindly ask that you please be considerate of our family, friends and staff.

We will remain open during normal business hours. A Celebration of Life will be held at Tackle Box 2 in the near future and we will share those details as soon as they are available.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, prayers and continued support during this difficult time.

Deb was more than an employee—she was a familiar smile, a dear friend, and someone who touched many lives over the years. Please join us Wednesday, August 26 at 1:00 PM at Tackle Box 2 as we gather to share memories, stories, and celebrate a life that will be deeply missed. 💕
Food will be provided but feel free to bring a dish to share.
