Had a little bit of milk left over from making sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese so I made mozzarella cheese. Yall it's only 3 ingredients counting salt and it's so much better than store bought. Maybe adding some basil to the next one. So easy to make.

Loaves of fresh bread sprinkled with Kosher salt ready to freeze. Taste like pretzels. One loaf is missing...ummm so good with homemade butter or crème cheese. Cinnamon rolls ready to come out of the oven next. Its so nice to have when company comes over. Definitely been a much needed baking day to restock.
