The First Two Months of Pit Stop Cafe ☕️

Two months ago, we opened a little micro-café inside the Fairbanks Chevrolet GMC dealership—without really knowing what to expect.

Since November 17, it’s been early mornings, a lot of learning, plenty of laughs, and 68 familiar faces we now get to serve every day. We’ve built systems, passed inspections, launched delivery, and most importantly, built relationships.

This post is a look back at how Pit Stop Cafe started, why we exist, and what we’ve learned so far. It’s just the beginning of the story—but it’s been a good ride already.

Thanks to everyone who’s grabbed a coffee, an energy drink, or just stopped by to say hello. We’re grateful for this community.
