June 5th is World Environment Day 🌎💚

To celebrate this special day, we’ve partnered with the Northern Alaska Environmental Center to give back to our beautiful planet.

For this collaboration, they provided us with beautiful wooden stoppers and—yes, you heard right—compostable sleeves! 🌱 While we’re usually all about keeping our environment clean, these sleeves are different… if they end up on the ground, they’ll grow wildflowers. Plant your sleeve after enjoying your drink!

Mark your calendars for June 5th! The first 100 customers will receive a compostable sleeve and a wooden stopper with their drink.

From Barista, to Lead, to now General Manager! 🥳Stacey has continued to step up, lead with confidence, and become such an important part of the Summit team.

She’s our matcha fanatic, travel enthusiast, dog lover, the person who keeps everything running smoothly. Her growth this past year has been so fun to watch, and we’re excited for everything still ahead for her here at Summit.
