Diedrich Espresso is seeking a dependable, energetic, and organized Event Manager to oversee our coffee stands at events including games and special events with the Everett AquaSox and events at Angel Of The Winds Arena.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying organized under pressure, and creating a positive experience for both customers and staff in high-volume environments.
What You’ll Do:
*Manage and oversee event stand operations
*Lead and support baristas during busy events
*Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
*Handle inventory, orders, and event preparation
*Maintain cleanliness, organization, and company standards
*Troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly
*Communicate effectively with staff and upper management
What We’re Looking For:
*Must be 18 years or older
*Coffee experience
*Ability to work most scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced environments
*Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
