I’ve been breaking down the food trailer menu the last few hours. Cost of goods/food cost, portion control, itemizing each ingredient for cost per oz and how much each dish takes. It’s small details like this that can make a huge difference on the budget and bottom line. Especially when tomatoes are crazy expensive. 😂 .

Everything happens for a reason! I was unfortunately considering selling some equipment out of the food trailer recently to get us out of a bind. But at the last minute everything came together and fell into place. I’m so thankful I didn’t end up having to sell anything because it would’ve REALLY set me back but now I’m in over drive and really amped up to get this thing going! Progress will start to be made VERY soon! ❤ Thank you all for being patient. And to the few that were interested in how to help see my vision of helping feed the community come to fruition reach out to me. I’m to the point I can show my plans on paper and how I’m planning to put it together! Love yall, mean it!

Looking for something for dad for Father’s Day?! Throw him a party! Book a crawfish boil! I come to y’all’s house, bring my equipment and we do it right! I’m now booking for 4th of July parties as well! Feed the whole family and neighborhood with gumbo, red beans & rice or whatever yall want! I’m taking reservations for the week before and the week after July 4!
