The anatomy of the perfect pour. ☕

It all starts with getting that steam just right. After a quick tap of the pitcher and a wipe of the wand, it’s all about the wrist. Watch as the microfoam folds smoothly into the espresso to create a classic tulip design right in the glass. Stop by Evanston Pour this morning and let us pour one for you.
