We love being a part of game days and connecting with new and returning faces in the community. As our leader and owner Pat Fowler put it:

"There are some people concerned with what the stadium could bring to the area, but Northwestern's doing a good job by incorporating local businesses and bridging that gap, and helping bring the community together."

And he shared a little bit of Fowler family history:

"My grandfather played football here, so it's unbelievable to come in here and be able to serve my restaurant's food in the same stadium that he played football. That's really, really cool, and not something a lot of people can say they've done."
