Roaming Rations

Our home base for our mobile food truck is out of Estes Park, Colorado. Why Rations? Everyone has a "food story", and mine includes my Gran.

Our goal is to provide tasty mobile provisions to busy professionals and venue patrons with friendly service. The Rations food truck was certainly named with the Army in mind, taking inspiration from a group of women standing outside of an army truck. ife to an Oklahoma farmer who refused to eat anything but her cooking. I always looked forward to her comforting, delicious way of farm-style cooking. The other side of my food story is my dad, who was in the army. When I asked him about the food, he chuckled and said that when he was stationed in Virginia, the mess halls were in competition with each other for the "best mess" award. I look forward to the challenge of having the "best mess"!

Happy Colorado Gives Day!!!
This year we’re donating a percentage of sales to the Kids PAK program. This program feeds kids when school is out of session to help eliminate food insecurity. We love feeding people and our community!

P.S. We’re wrapping presents 🎁 and serving tomato basil parmesan soup 🥣 until 8pm tonight!

We’ll be serving tasty eats from 5-9 pm at the Lake Estes Marina tomorrow night (7/9) for the Tuesday Night Live Music at the Marina concert series! The featured bands include Raquel and the Wildflowers & The Powell Brothers. The music is free, parking is $5 - what a deal! &cheese #1770 Big Thompson Ave

We are so pleased to coordinate with a local business! We’re teaming up with Snowy Peaks Winery for a dinner pairing on June 1. It’s a backyard BBQ-inspired menu (in their literal backyard!).

We’ve started our special holiday events!!!
Today (12/9) we’re wrapping presents at the second Omnibus location (106B West Elkhorn Ave) until 4 pm!!!! We also have gift kits including Magic Santa Keys, tag kits, dog gift baskets, and vintage gifts!
