Our team woke up early this week to see a bobcat family hanging out on the property. Did you know? Bobcats are naturally elusive and mostly solitary animals, except when mothers are raising their kittens. Bobcat kittens typically stay with their mother for several months, learning essential hunting and survival skills before venturing out on their own.
Moments like these remind us that Riversong isn't just a peaceful retreat for our guests — it's also part of a thriving mountain ecosystem that we're privileged to share with some pretty extraordinary neighbors.
