🍔 A Friendly Reminder About Our Kitchen Hours 🍔

Our kitchen is open Monday–Saturday until 2 PM, then takes a short break and reopens at 4 PM.

We know it can be disappointing to stop in at 1:50 or 1:55 and find that we’re no longer able to take a food order, so we wanted to explain a little about what happens behind the scenes.

Our kitchen is truly a one-person show, and for such a small kitchen, we put out a tremendous amount of food! That 2–4 PM window gives our cook the time needed to wrap up lunch service, clean and reset the kitchen, restock, prepare fresh burgers and produce, and get everything ready for dinner service.

It also gives our staff a small, scheduled window to take care of personal obligations before coming back for the evening.

We greatly appreciate everyone being mindful of our 2 PM kitchen closing time and planning lunch orders accordingly. 💛

Thank you for understanding, supporting our staff, and continuing to support our small business. We appreciate you more than you know!
