I honestly don’t even know where to begin.
When I started AllieCats, it was just a dream. A hope that I could create a little place where people felt welcome, where they could enjoy comforting food, good coffee and leave a little happier than when they walked in.
Never in a million years did I imagine that our little café would be recognized like this. To every single person who voted for us… thank you.
There are so many incredible businesses in our community and the fact that you chose AllieCats means more than I can put into words. Every morning I unlock the doors hoping to make someone’s day just a little brighter and knowing that so many of you believe in what we’re building is incredibly humbling.
This little place has been built with a whole lot of early mornings, late nights, countless amounts of caffeine, and more love than I ever thought possible. It hasn’t always been easy but moments like this remind me exactly why it’s all worth it.
To my amazing team — thank you for showing up every day and pouring your hearts into this place. And to our customers… thank you for supporting a small business, for bringing your friends and families in, for celebrating your milestones with us, and for making AllieCats feel like so much more than just a café.
You have turned my dream into something bigger than I ever imagined.
