After 14 years, I've decided to hang up my apron and head into the next chapter of my life. It's time for me to hand over the reins, and let someone else make fayrays a part of their family.

Thank you, El Dorado, for every meal shared, every laugh, and every friendship made along the way. These years have given me memories I'll treasure forever.

I hope you continue to support our local family-owned businesses. I'm excited to see what comes next for the restaurant.

Thank you again for 14 incredible years. It has been one amazing ride, and I'll always be grateful that I got to be part of it.

Danny made this batch of meatballs for me. Can’t wait to finish them off and eat some. This batch should last a couple days so come get some and let him know how good they are.

I’m honoring carbohydrates for the remainder of this week. Stuffed some shells with ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, beef, and a bit more Parmesan. The sauce was made with the debris in the skillet. Come in for lunch or dinner.

Who would have ever thought the stuffed mushrooms would be such a hit. When we put them on the menu I thought we would sell a couple orders here and there.

Made lasagna yesterday and decided that a corner piece is still my favorite. A lot of people like the middle. Which one is the best??
