Birdiesfc KOREAN INSPIRED FRIED CHICKEN
FRIED FRIED CHICKEN. TWICE FRIED. TWICE AS GOOD! https://www.toasttab.com/birdies-edmond

Birdie's Fried Fried Chicken is a new, locally owned Korean inspired fried chicken restaurant. While the chicken is prepared based on traditional Korean style, we are very much an American restaurant. Our sides and shared plates reflect the flavors of many different cultures found in America. We have wine on tap and 9 local beers, as well as several bottle/can options. We have delicious craft cocktails and a full bar. We are building a healthy, positive work environment where staff can learn and grow, and we always need rockstars to join us!

Sweet meets savory in the most delicious way 🍠

✨ Our Sweet Potato Burrata is topped with candied sweet potatoes, pomegranate, sweet potato puree & crispy SP chips, served with Twisted Tree Bakery sourdough.

The perfect bite, start to finish. 🤤
