Rain—glorious rain! After weeks of relentless Oklahoma heat, we’re especially grateful for this cool, gray Friday. 🌧️

It feels like just the right day to settle in at the Pie Shop with a slice of our roasted butternut squash quiche—earthy, nutty, comforting, and every bit as nourishing as it is delicious. Pair it with a cup of soup or a fresh salad, then linger over a slice of pie while Jim Garling and Richard Sharp fill the shop with live Cowboy and Western Swing music from 11:30–1:30.

Rain outside, music inside, and something lovely on the table. We can’t think of a better way to spend a Friday. 🥧

Saturday mornings were made for lingering. 🤍

Wander the Farmers Market, enjoy our sweet little downtown, then come find a seat at the Pie Shop.

We’ll have lunch waiting, plenty of summer fruit pies, and a place to sit awhile with someone you love.

A little change is coming… 🤍

We’re excited to share that beginning Monday, August 10, Railyard Pie Company will have new hours to better serve our guests.

Our new hours will be:
Monday–Thursday | 8 AM–4 PM
Friday & Saturday | 8 AM–8 PM

Until then, we’re here as always!
We’ll continue our current hours of 10 AM–8 PM for the remainder of this week.

Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your days. We look forward to welcoming you—whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or, of course, a slice of pie.
