Our favorite, Jim Garling, is back TODAY from 11:30–1:30, filling the Pie Shop with cowboy tunes, familiar favorites, and plenty of smiles.

It’s time! Thanksgiving orders are now open! 👏 Please read this entire post for instructions on placing a pie order for Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving pie pick-up day is November 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To order your pies:

Step 1: Visit www.railyardpie.co/order-online

Step 2: Choose your pick-up date, November 26, and your desired pick-up time.

Step 3: Add pies to your cart.

Note: November 26 MUST be selected first before the Thanksgiving pies will show as “available.”

Once your pick-up date/time is selected and you have added your pies to your cart, you can complete the check-out process. If you need assistance placing your online order, give us a call or visit us at the pie shop! We are more than happy to assist you with your order.

Two of our summer favorites are about to leave the chat… 👀🥧

Our Blueberry Double Crust is packed with juicy blueberries tucked between flaky layers of our signature crust. And for our chocolate lovers, Chocolate Truffle Mousse brings chocolate wafer crust, chocolate ganache, velvety mousse, fresh whipped cream, and dark chocolate shavings.

Football weekends, school events, family get-togethers—and one last taste of Oklahoma summer. ☀️ There are plenty of reasons to bring home a pie this weekend.

Today we’re especially sweet on Coconut Cream—cool, creamy, made from scratch, and piled high with freshly whipped cream and toasted coconut!🥥 🤍
