Join us at Seraphine for an evening that celebrates the wines of the Basque.

We will be showcasing wines from Rioja Alavesa, Irrouleguy, and the now famousTxakolina, as well as four masterful courses from Chef Chris Garrett.
The Basque are one of the oldest cultures still in existence. For over 200,000 years theyhave thrived in the Pyrenees Mountains and the Bay of Biscay, spanning what today isnorthern Spain and south western France. There resiliency and reliance of both the landand sea has “quietly” influenced the food of many cultures including what is now known as Creole in Louisianna.
