Chicken Parmesan is a steady friend for any occasion. We start with panko-breaded fried chicken, top with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parm. This gets baked and put to rest on a bed of house-made Fettuccine and topped with fresh basil and a garlic crostini. It's a recipe for happiness.
