This Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we recognize and honor the Indigenous communities whose histories, cultures, and traditions are deeply rooted in this land. Their enduring knowledge, connection to the natural world, and care for the land and waters continue to offer important lessons for generations to come. Today, we honor their stories, their resilience, and their lasting contributions.

These walls have 150 years of stories to tell. When the Brown family lived here, they shared everything from birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions, to simple family dinners within these walls.

Now, as the home of The Canopy Restaurant, we’re continuing the tradition. We’ve been there for your birthdays, your simple family dinners, and found family of our own. We’re so incredibly grateful for our Canopy Friends and Family, and the stories you chose us to be part of.
