It was while the owner, Saad, was roaming the big city, that he saw the numerous halal carts on every corner. With most being open late night, he wondered why there was no option for this in Dallas. We needed something different than pizza or tacos after a night out! After many visits and trying hundreds of carts, he approached a NY local foodie friend with the idea to bring the delicious halal ca

rt concept to the Big D. With the mastered home grown perfected recipes, Saad and Saad's fiancè Audrey were able to bring Big Guys Chicken and Rice to Deep Ellum in 2016. Emulating the best of what New York Halal street food has to offer, this hidden hole in the wall is the perfect take out option and guaranteed staple for your late night munchies; staying open until midnight on weekdays and 4am Thursday - Saturday!

My wife left me… 😭

Took the house.

I was sitting there devastated… wondering how I was gonna move on…

Then I looked over

…and realized she left me a BGCR bowl

Suddenly life ain’t seem so bad anymore

One bite later and I’m like:
