For those of you who are curious about the picture posted early this morning…here’s a condensed version of what transpired.

Putting breakfast together at our shop requires me to show up at an awkwardly weird/early time, about 2am. Well in our large city of Crooks, when the sheriff noticed the lights on at the shop and a truck parked outside, he decided to investigate and make sure nothing suspicious was happening. After providing him with the necessary information, everything was good to go. Just a little different start to the morning than I expected, but it worked to wake me up.

Just wanted to shout out Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office and the officer, (apologies for not remembering your name) for noticing something not typical and checking to verify. Lunch is on me next time. We very much appreciate your service.

Due to a catering we are doing today, unfortunately the shop will be closed today.

Hey everyone, we just wanted to introduce ourselves…I’m Derek and that’s Heidi, mother and son, we are the two faces you’ll be seeing when you stop in.

We were afforded the opportunity to acquire Lunch Thyme, so stop by…the hours are the same and the menu is too.

It was great seeing some familiar faces today and we are very appreciative of the support and are looking forward to meeting more of ya.
