This week’s Wine Club feature is the Johan Vineyards “Mariafeld” Van Duzer Corridor 2021 Pinot Noir! 👇
From Johan Vineyards in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, this 2021 Pinot Noir is biodynamically grown, and fermented with only native yeast. Elevage takes place in used French oak. It has notes of raspberry, bramble, boysenberry, and leather with a lingering finish and velvety tannins.

Perfect served with a slight chill and paired with our crudo, farmhouse ragu, and Cherry Pop flatbread.

$108 dollars on the menu tonight!
