Alpenglow season is here! Pre-orders are available until 3 pm for boards, give us a call at 970-251-5200. We'll have plenty of sandwiches and grab and go boxes ready for all your picnic needs.

We’re restocking the freezer in the shop and putting our June seasonal in there! Our version of banana pudding stays true to the classic, just swaps pudding for ice cream.

The banana ice cream is full of bananas for a true banana taste (the kitchen smelled intense while we waited for them to get properly ripe). Then we mix in a proper amount of crushed vanilla cookies and top each pour with some.

Grab a pint or half pint at our shop. You’ll also see it popping up at our retail partners!

got a fresh restock of half pints yesterday, including a brand new flavor. This super special flavor is only available out at the Visitor’s Center, so add it to your list for the next few days.

Introducing Marmot S**t! We start with a huckleberry ice cream and add in chocolate cookie dough chunks, for well, you know, the s**t. 😆 We make it at our shop, but you can only get it out at Gothic and it’s not to be missed.

Available in half pints only, we used our cake batter recipe and coated the tops in rainbow sprinkles. Grab it in our shop or from the tricycle popping up shortly at the 4way!

New flavor! We love Fig and Bleu Cheese, but it was time to try something else.

Meet Coffee, Bleu, and Raspberry. The hidden caramel notes in the bleu cheese make magic with our coffee base. Folded in are pockets of raspberry that balance everything out.

We’ve got 8 pints available, exclusively at the shop. So swing through and grab one before we sell out.

We love delivering to all of our partners, but our latest new partner might be our favorite. That’s because we get to drive out to Gothic and stock up the Visitor Center at !! We’re huge nerds over all the work that RMBL scientists are doing to understand our natural world and getting to share our ice cream with them is just the bees knees. 🐝🐝

So head on out there and take a tour. When you’re done, stop in and pick up a half pint or 3!

We love when friends (seriously) push us to do new things. Today was one of those days! Friends popped in yesterday and asked if we could do an ice cream cake. The best response we had was, what flavors?

Here it is! A 6” cake with a layer of vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream. Each layers is separated with black and white cookies. The whole thing was coated with whipped cream and topped with dinosaur sprinkles.
