October is here, and we have a calendar full of pups! 🍂🐶 We’re sharing our full list of weekend adoption and fundraising events, with a special spotlight on three big events coming up this month.
🍺 10/4 — Dogs & B**r at Long Live B**rworks | Providence
Sunday, October 4 | 1–3 PM
The Dogs & B**r event is back on! Join us at Long Live B**rworks in Providence for an afternoon of cold drinks, adorable adoptable pups, and supporting rescue dogs. 🐶🍺 Come meet some of our available dogs, learn more about RHR, and maybe even meet your new best friend!
🍂 10/17 — Puptoberfest at Harbor Lights | Warwick
Saturday, October 17 | 1–4 PM
📍 Par & Tackle at Harbor Lights, 150 Gray Street
Celebrate fall and rescue dogs at our last big event of 2026! Puptoberfest will feature adoptable dogs, b**r and food, local vendors, raffle prizes, and plenty of ways to support Rhode Home Rescue. 🍻🐾
We’re also inviting our RHR alumni to come back and celebrate with us! We’re so grateful to have been part of the journeys of the dogs who have already found their forever homes, and we’d LOVE to see some familiar faces and wagging tails. 🥹❤️
🍦 10/18 — Scoop Up a New Pup at Sundaes Ice Cream | Cranston. Sunday, October 18 | 12–2 PM
We’re back on — with a NEW DATE! 🎉🍦🐶 I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream (and puppies)! Join Rhode Home Rescue at one of our favorite adoption events of the year and enjoy a sweet treat while meeting some amazing adoptable pups. Who knows? You might even scoop up your new best friend! 🐾❤️
