Kick off Kentucky's Q***r Bourbon Week in style. Join us for an exclusive, multi-course Bourbon Dinner celebrating the start of Bourbon & Belonging — Kentucky's annual Q***r Bourbon Week. We're raising a glass to community, incredible food, and some of the world's most sought-after spirits, with a curated menu featuring pairings from Buffalo Trace's legendary Weller collection. Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight the unique profile of these rare pours.
Bourbon & Belonging Dinner Menu
Welcome Snack & Cocktail: Duck Confit Crostini — peach marmalade, pickled mustard seeds, microgreens. Paired with Corazon Tequila, aged in a Weller barrel.
First Course: Roasted Beet Salad — golden beets, baby kale, honey harissa vinaigrette, blood orange segments, candied pecans. Paired with Weller Single Barrel.
Second Course: Seared Scallop — coconut curried carrot purée, salsa verde, pomegranate seeds, pistachio dukkah, fresh dill. Paired with Weller Antique 107, featured in a classic Seelbach Cocktail.
Third Course: Pan-Seared

Duck Breast — glazed with reduced peach juice, finished with fennel pollen, served over celery root purée, braised fennel, peach duck jus, chive oil. Paired with Weller CYPB.
Fourth Course: Bourbon Pot de Crème — chocolate custard, sorghum-kettled raspberry compote, bourbon sabayon. Paired with Weller Full Proof

Is there anything better than peaches and cream? Well…maybe the featured brunch donut at Otto’s this weekend:) and…what makes these even better is that these peaches were grown in the Otto’s Restaurant Garden right here in the Village. Just ask the neighborhood squirrels who have been enjoying them all summer…they are good…and so are the donuts. 🍑🍑🐿️🐿️❤️❤️

It is that time of the year again…F.E.A.S.T. An incredible event that brings all the best female chefs from across the commonwealth together to raise money for those experiencing food insecurity. This year Chef and Chef will both be representing Otto’s Restaurant Group. (That means two dishes) It is going to be a night to remember. We look forward to seeing all the amazing chefs who making big things happen again at F.E.A.S.T this year…and we hope you can join us too;)
