🐟 Meet the Reef Crew! 🐟

Today we’re excited to introduce one of the amazing people who helps make reef feel like home… Jess!
Jess is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but made Kentucky home in 2004—and she’s been in love with the Bluegrass State ever since. From the beautiful horse country to the incredible support and kindness of the local community, Kentucky has truly captured her heart.
Outside of work, family means everything to Jess. She treasures every moment spent with her loved ones and her two four-legged best friends, Murderbaby, her family’s Doberman, and Menace, the family’s American Staffordshire Terrier. 🐾
When asked what items do you enjoy the most at reef, she replied “ My #1 fav would have to be pan seared sea scallop in garlic, paired with our home made lobster bisque, & can not forget our famous Lump Crab Cakes! “
What Jess loves most is serving our amazing guests. Jess finds genuine joy in helping others and making every customer feel like part of the reef family. If you’ve dine with us you’d probably already know 🫶
Jess describes herself as caring, generous, compassionate, and outgoing. She believes in treating everyone with kindness and loves being part of the reef team that feels more like family than coworkers.
For Jess, reef is more than just a job—it’s a place where she gets to support a dream she truly believes in while building lasting relationships with both her teammates and our customers. She feels incredibly blessed to be part of this journey and can’t wait to continue serving our community & friends with a smile.
