Mario made these this morning to stock up the grab & go fridge, but I totally forgot to include them on today’s bakery menu! He also put a little birthday magic into this batch, so they’re somehow even BETTER than usual. 🫶🏽✨

Happy birthday to this guy! 🥳❤️

I’ve had the privilege of being Mario’s partner for over a decade, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that this man has the biggest heart. He’s kind, selfless, endlessly funny, and will always go out of his way to help someone.

And this man can DO IT ALL. 😂 Making dough, baking cookies, making coffee, fixing whatever needs fixing—and somehow he does it all with a smile. We appreciate him more than he probably realizes and are so grateful for everything he does for us and for Brass Hub. ❤️

He also happens to have the strongest “big brother” energy imaginable 😂 Always teasing, always keeping everyone laughing, and somehow always keeping us on our toes. 🙌🏽

So today, we’re celebrating him! 🎉 We’re off to Seattle soon for a few days of good food, a Noah Kahan concert, sunshine ☀️ and birthday fun. ✨

HOLY MOLY. What a day. 😂 Y’all were so much fun today, and we’re just feeling extra grateful that we get to do what we do — with the best customers around. 🙏🏽

Had to sneak this cake onto the feed before the day was done: 🍋🫐 layers of lemon sponge, fresh blueberries + lemon mousse. All house-made from scratch. 😍🍋

And it must’ve been good because the recipient literally took a bite before it even left the shop. 😂

The recipient? Janet.
The cake? Her own. 🤣

We’re back tomorrow 8am–3pm with more fresh bakes + yummy drinks! Mario and I are heading to Seattle early to celebrate his birthday, but the girls + Zeke will be holding down the fort. 🙌🏽

Meet our favorite pumpkin bread that had our new team members asking, “Wait… this is gluten free AND vegan?!”

Perfectly spiced, incredibly moist, and honestly just too good. 🍂 It’s the kind of pumpkin bread you’ll want to come back for again and again—it’s been a staple for five years now, and we have a feeling it will be for many years to come. 🙏🏽

❤️ COSI COMMUNITY, Y’ALL SHOWED UP! ❤️

We’re so grateful to Jayne from Bloodworks Northwest for reaching out and inviting us to partner with her and the City of Cosmopolis for the first-ever City of Cosi blood drive! 🩸

Our region is currently at Code Red, so every donation matters and helps support local hospitals and our community. We were happy to bake a dozen cookies + donate a gift card for the raffle—and even more excited when Jayne told us who she drew as the winner… STEPH REECE! 🥳🎉

Steph picked up her goodies this morning, and we hope you enjoyed your s’mores cookies! 🍪❤️

Thank you to everyone who donated blood on Monday. We appreciate you showing up for our community and helping make a real difference. 🫶🏽
