🤎☕️ CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK: MEET OUR NEWBIES! ☕️🤎

We’re wrapping up Customer Service Week by introducing two of our newest faces at Rise & Grind!! Cierra & Jenny! 🫶🏻🌸

These girls may be new to the R&G crew, but they’re already finding their place behind the window and getting to know all the amazing people who make our little coffee stand so special. From learning the ropes to discovering their favorite drinks, we’re so excited to have them as part of the team! 🤍

Help us give Cierra & Jenny a BIG warm welcome! 🥰 Next time you see them at the window, be sure to say hi and show them some love.

A huge thank you to all our customers for making this week so special and for being such a wonderful part of our R&G family. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know! ☕️🌷

☕️ CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK — DAY 6! 🤎✨

Today we’re introducing you to Dani! 👋🏼💗

Dani has been part of the Rise & Grind crew for 2 years, and while she’s part time, she still makes time for R&G during her breaks from college! 🎓🫶🏻 We love having her back behind the window whenever she’s home!

One of her favorite things about working here is the environment and, of course, our amazing customers! 🤎☕️

When it comes to her drink order, she has OPTIONS! 😂 From a good spiced chai to a classic white chocolate Americano or a mango dragon fruit white peach Lotus, there’s a little something for every mood! 🍵🥭✨

And fun fact… Dani speaks FOUR languages! 😍👏🏼 How cool is that?!

We’re so happy to have Dani as part of our R&G family and grateful she continues to be part of the crew while working toward her goals! 💕

☕️ CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK — DAY 5! 🌸💗

Today we’re introducing you to Ellie! 🫶🏻✨

She’s been part of the Rise & Grind crew for 5 months, and one of her favorite parts of the job is the customers, conversations, and connections made along the way! 🤎☕️

When she’s not behind the window making your favorite drinks, you can find her cooking or working on DIY projects around the house! 🏡💕

Her go to? A skinny white Lotus with watermelon, cantaloupe & sour gummy 🍉🍈💗 If you haven’t tried that combo yet, maybe Ellie’s onto something! 👀

We’re so happy to have Ellie as part of our R&G family and love getting to know her more every day! 🫶🏻☕️

☕️ CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK — DAY 4! 🤎

Today we’re introducing you to Des! 👋🏼✨

Des has been part of the Rise & Grind crew for 3 years, and while you may not see her behind the window as often these days, she’ll always be part of our R&G family. 🫶🏼

If you know Des, you know she somehow does ALL the things! 😂 She’s a mama of 5 boys, homeschools, farms, milks her own cows, grows her own vegetables, and still finds time to make some seriously good coffee! 🌱🐄☕️

Her main career is actually hairstyling, where she’s been making people feel beautiful for 19 years! ✂️🤎 You can find her at Dessera Olson . Des genuinely loves her people and is one of those people who can make you feel right at home! We’re so thankful for the three years she’s been part of our crew🤎☕️

☕️ CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK — DAY 3! 🐾💗

Today we’re introducing you to Ryley! 🫶🏼✨

Ryley has been part of the Rise & Grind crew for about 2 years, but she’s been making coffee for much longer than that! ☕️ She’s one of those people who can turn a quick coffee run into a whole conversation and if you know her, you already know she loves a good laugh, silly customers, and ALL the furry friends that come through our window. 🐶🐾

She’s also our resident queen of drink combinations 👑☕️ and is always coming up with something new to try!

When she’s not behind the machine, you can find her gaming, riding quads, or grabbing the mic for some karaoke! 🎮🏍️🎤

We’re so lucky to have Ryley as part of our R&G family and all the fun, laughs, and personality she brings to the stand! 🤎
