We’re looking for people who care about people.

We believe a great café is built on more than good coffee. It’s built on human moments—remembering a regular’s order, greeting someone with a smile, & having a positive influence on each person that comes in.

Experience as a barista isn’t required. We have a detailed training program that covers everything from espresso theory & milk steaming techniques to the hospitality skills that help create exceptional customer experiences. We invest the time because we want our team to feel confident and set up for success.

We’re looking for people who are:
• Self-motivated
• Positive and dependable
• Willing to learn
• Proud of doing the little things well
• Excited to make a positive impact in our community

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll learn, grow, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the work we do, we’d love to hear from you.

Please email [email protected] with a short resume if you’re interested.
