Phase one of two of this project for a very sweet repeat client, Mommas bath is going well, I decided to go both a little old school and new school, we wanted the strength and rigidity of cement, but protection from moisture with a waterproof barrier, and ofcourse our favorite drain Flofx pashleytile.com

We got called out to a two phase project in Harrisburg NC, phase 1 is this enclosed patio, this was a challenge as the slab dropped down 3", client didn't want to make it level, so I had to float out the tile as I went along, using mud ( sand and cement) for the deepest areas, I filled the expansion joints in the slab with caulk, then installed an uncoupling membrane to keep the tile independent from the slab, Tile is from Best Tile Charlotte, we will return in a couple weeks to do the kitchen backsplash phase 2
