Tonight this amazing group of MY friends and coworkers stepped up to flawlessly expedite one of our annual large high profile plated events for the Statesville Pregnancy Resource Center and our friend director Victoria Miglin .We plated 479 meals tonight in under 25 minutes! And CRUSHED IT! Special thanks to Taylor Eudy Breanne Smith Megan Hutchison ,Rachel Barker And Miria Gomez, all catering managers representing 6 of our total 7 restaurants showed up to help and support me. Every team member did an amazing job.Special thanks the Mooresville kitchen team and meat prep team that made the food amazing. A little bit late posting a few photos from the Mooresville South Iredell annual Chamber luncheon at the Cove earlier this week. I have catered this event since about 1998-99. This chamber has grown so much and the event has moved from venue to venue over the years. We appreciate Kirk Ballard, Melinda Brown and all of our friends in the Mooresville community. And YES we know you are all so ready for the Smoke Pit Mooresville store to open!!! Thank you to the team at The Cove and we hope to see you all soon!♥️
