Today Iām making one of the hardest decisions Iāve had to make in a long time.
After a lot of thought, long nights, and honest reflection, Iāve decided to step away from my position. This isnāt something I take lightly. This place, these people, and the experiences Iāve had here have meant more to me than I can fully put into words.
Iāve given my time, my energy, and a big part of myself to this chapter of my life. Iāve learned lessons that will stay with me foreverāabout resilience, leadership, patience, and what it really means to show up for others even on the hard days.
To those who stood beside me, supported me, and made the good times unforgettableāthank you. You know who you are, and Iāll always carry that with me.
But sometimes, growth means knowing when itās time to move on. It means choosing yourself, even when itās uncomfortable. It means trusting that thereās something more ahead, even if you canāt fully see it yet.
Iām proud of what Iāve done here, and Iām grateful for what itās given me. Now itās time to take everything Iāve learned and step into whatever comes next.
This isnāt goodbye foreverājust the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another.
